Bro can y’all PLEASE fix your app. Ignoring the fact you get logged out hella commonly to the point you gotta check the app every few hours, my personal issue is that for some reason when I go to check my calendar I keep getting the same; “Oh No! We are unable to load calendar events. Please try again” Error over and over again and there’s no fixing it currently because I already tried logging in and out along with reinstalling the app and logging into other devices. No such luck. Can yall PLEASE fix this?!

This app is trash, adp was much better to use no wonder it’s cheaper.

I opt to stay signed in and the app continues to ask me to jump through multiple hoops and locks me out consistently!

Stop asking me to verify text every sign in. You should be familiar with the device being used by now. Shouldn’t be charging me data rate every time I login. Information on Dayforce is very vague. I can’t see the days I used without flipping through the calendar. I’m not impressed at all. 1 star if that

App requires user to disable VPN before it will use the browser to authenticate. Sloppy two factor with SMS the only option via a browser pop up. Just another company with lazy code and high enterprise pricing, one out of five stars.

Plain and simple

Company came here from Paylocity. Paylocity was great. Dayforce’s mobile interface is a nightmare. The pto function is miserable. Always changes your dates and times on you in the middle of submitting. And you can’t submit time card errors when they don’t clock your time

As an hourly employee who is forced to use this app to clock in and out, I don’t understand why there isn’t a way to see how many hours I’ve worked in the current pay period? I should be able to see, at anytime I want, my worked hours. Yet every single week I have to walk up to my manager and ask “Hi. Just want to make sure I have my hours for the week.” Because I need a 40hr/wk paycheck, and if I have to use some of my time to fill that, then I need to know that prior to the payroll period closing. But I can’t do that. So I have to keep annoying my boss. Can I please not annoy my boss? I actually like them.

This keeps logging me out which is annoying and getting into my nerves and everything else in this app is great and my only nitpicks are logging me out and changing my password for 30 days is dumb because I want to keep my password forever instead of an expiration limit and please have this app stop logging me out for work.

I don’t know what kind of incompetent people work here but they can’t get anything right. They have had months to our vacation time fixed but it’s still on going.

I have no clue how this app has 5 stars.. it’s slow, sometimes it won’t load at all when i’m trying to clock out so i just leave and have to put a comment in for someone to fix my time because im not going to sit and wait 5+ minutes just to leave. Almost every other time I’m trying to log in, it makes me do “single sign on” which takes you to an entire different window to log in.

The fact that I use this app maybe twice a month and have to change my password maybe every other use is absolutely annoying. Especially when I have to create a new password every time. And you can’t reuse passwords. So I’m stuck spending half the time trying to remember what it is now… and when I don’t remember what I changed it to… guess what? Gotta change it again. Seriously wish my job used any other service for time cards other than this one because it’s more of a hassle than it’s worth.

Every time I’m forced to change PW I get locked out. Typed in new pw twice as requested. Her message PWs doing match at the same time I got an email notification that my pw has been changed. Then when I try to log in. Locked out!!!

Just hate having to jump through hoops to open an app. Too much security considering your phone security is the first layer of protection. Loath logging in every time.

unreliable i can not check anything on there with out being logged out THEN locked out of my account. i have to contact my HR too much just to get the app to work.

Worst stuff ever can you put days off or request days or put sick time in or schedule my own schedule like I can’t work a certain time

It’ll log you out randomly almost every day if not every week, WHY? Swear to Satan I will delete this app

One of the worst HR apps I be ever encountered. It’s like taking a Time Machine back to the late 90’s and trying to use the internet. I don’t wish this platform on anyone.

Can’t log directly in through the app.

Terrible set up !! You have to log in once a week or sooner so you don’t have to log back in. If you don’t log in for a couple of weeks you have to call support talk to someone you can’t understand so they can reset your account and send you an email that you may or may not get. This process is not conducive for anything. If I could give this a negative star I would. Complete TRASH!!!!

Was working normally as of 2 days ago … The password that is automatically filled in is correct, so your error message is in error. Can’t reset because I never get the email. Now locked out due to too many failed attempts. ZERO STARS

I have not one time been able to access my account from the app in the year that I’ve worked my job that uses it. The mobile website is also so broken that I have to go on a physical laptop if I need anything besides a look at my timesheet. I would love some sort of fix. I don’t own a laptop anymore and this makes it extremely hard to request time off/ sick pay/ look at really anything on the website that involves any pop up windows.

This is the most unfulfilled amateur incomplete, terrible app I’ve ever had to used for an employer. The menus are terrible. It’s as though it was set up by a high school for those learning to create a website as a school project. You can hardly navigate it. It’s something that you would’ve seen 20 years ago on a flip phone and it’s not even that good.

The app requires you to change your password way too often, and won’t remember passwords made by your iPhone. This has been an on going problem.

I love my dayforce app but ever since daylights savings and the time went forward an hour the app constantly says calendar is out of sync and asks if I would like to sync events to my calendar. I accept everytime and it won’t stop asking everytime I look at the calendar in the app. Please fix this. It’s so annoying how has there been almost weekly updates and yet this bug continues to exist.

Very convenient and time efficient for all associates.

Dayforce makes it easy to keep readily my time & attendance more than ever! What a great advantage, especially as a part-time worker!

Constantly changing password its annoying

Why doesn’t it update with the new schedule. I have to delete the whole app and redownload it for to work sometimes

I manage multiple people who often travel for work. When they are not in the plant, I am unable to enter their hours manually every other week while their timecards are locked. This has been a managerial nightmare. What used to take a few seconds in adp, is now involving another person in the plant to issue a helpdesk ticket and pray it gets resolved before they try to run payroll. Absolute nightmare.

U shouldn’t have to constantly change your password it makes it more difficult to remember what it is

I can always count on schedules, instant sync with my calendar and make changes to my work schedule-
