I have not one time been able to access my account from the app in the year that I’ve worked my job that uses it. The mobile website is also so broken that I have to go on a physical laptop if I need anything besides a look at my timesheet. I would love some sort of fix. I don’t own a laptop anymore and this makes it extremely hard to request time off/ sick pay/ look at really anything on the website that involves any pop up windows.
This is the most unfulfilled amateur incomplete, terrible app I’ve ever had to used for an employer. The menus are terrible. It’s as though it was set up by a high school for those learning to create a website as a school project. You can hardly navigate it. It’s something that you would’ve seen 20 years ago on a flip phone and it’s not even that good.

The app requires you to change your password way too often, and won’t remember passwords made by your iPhone. This has been an on going problem.
I love my dayforce app but ever since daylights savings and the time went forward an hour the app constantly says calendar is out of sync and asks if I would like to sync events to my calendar. I accept everytime and it won’t stop asking everytime I look at the calendar in the app. Please fix this. It’s so annoying how has there been almost weekly updates and yet this bug continues to exist.

Why doesn’t it update with the new schedule. I have to delete the whole app and redownload it for to work sometimes
I manage multiple people who often travel for work. When they are not in the plant, I am unable to enter their hours manually every other week while their timecards are locked. This has been a managerial nightmare. What used to take a few seconds in adp, is now involving another person in the plant to issue a helpdesk ticket and pray it gets resolved before they try to run payroll. Absolute nightmare.
U shouldn’t have to constantly change your password it makes it more difficult to remember what it is
I can always count on schedules, instant sync with my calendar and make changes to my work schedule-

Very very bad app to many errors
The constant changing of passwords is frustrating. And for no reason you get locked out. Biometrics would be a big improvement.
Paid time off(PTO) should be paid time off, not under sick or vacation pay in Dayforce

Whenever I need to trade a shift, I have to select previous day or it won’t work. Also from time to time it will show last years schedule
Keeps logging out, refuses to accept the authorization, time keeping is cumbersome. Just a horrible hassle to have to use this nightmare.
I have been trying to speak to someone from the past 30 minutes. I have gone through every phone number I could find, even called the office in Canada trying to get some help. Please have actually people answer the phone, I shouldn’t have to argue with robots all day, the ai automated support wasn’t helpful either. Even now I didn’t get the help I needed for my situation. Don’t say you offer support when the ai can even help get me past the basics.

Literally the worst app for employees. Cannot do anything in the app. Signs me out constantly.
Dayforce literally ruined my work places ability at the time clock also the bad up loads of check information is inexcusable, also makes you touch the digital key pad were every one touches it with there booger finger.

If I could give it a negative star, I would every two weeks I have to call and reset my password. It’s irritating and annoying.

Login does not work
Good app. But assigning messages to contacts within is a pain. One ought to be able to see the names and assign without having to go back and forth. Need a better way to assign contacts to Dayforce messages.

I have to enter my password every time I log in
I use this app constantly throughout the day for work, having to log-in again and again from morning to night, as it does not have a “stay logged-in” feature. Highly annoying having to continually type in an email and password on a microscopic field menu. Everyone at my company complains of the same thing. Plus, all it does is freeze and crash constantly. And the perimeter field of being able to log in not only changes continuously throughout the day, but more likely , it won’t even acknowledge that you’re in the building. Absolutely worthless, garbage app.

The app and website are great, however; I think it would be quite efficient if users were able to put in time off requests in more advance instead of having to wait month by month seeing as a large amount of users plan event, appointments, etc in advance either by a few months or even a year .

I’m not sure how you could make an app for your payroll any more difficult or confusing, but I’m sure you will find a way. The majority of our company are road technicians, not desk workers at a terminal. Out on the road we have enough to do without needing a difficult site for our benefits and payroll. I’m calling you out, ADP was EASY! The company must be saving a boatload of money with you, or someone that makes HR decisions now has a bunch of new found free time. You asked, I told.
This app can’t even login. All employees can’t even do this part. Need to resolve this issue. We always have to login back in on computer only.
I’ve been locked out of my account multiple times, requiring HR to reset it because for whatever reason the email never sends to my account. Also the app just doesn’t work very well. Long load times etc
This is the opposite of user friendly. The only this worse than dayforce is the company that used it. Terrible service
On the hours, it don’t show your total hours. You got to click on different days to see your hours work. Check stub is harder to read. And we get charge for this app
