Could be improved

It has a bit of a learning curve to figure out how everything works. One thing I dont like is not being able to see who else I am working with that day and what times. Something I need to switch start times with someone or if I want my shift covered I need to go into work to see who isnt working. Thats annoying.
Also I havent figured out how to change things in my profile like my address and how to send messages to other people.
